Welcome to Atliso. By accessing or using our website at atliso.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Use of our tools and content

All PowerShell scripts, guides, and resources published on Atliso are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may download, modify, and distribute our tools provided you do not misrepresent their origin.

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for testing any script in your own environment before deploying to production systems.

Intellectual property

The Atliso name, logo, website design, and written content are the property of Atliso. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the design or branding of this site without prior written permission.

Open-source tools published on our GitHub are licensed under their respective repository licences.

Atliso Pro subscriptions

Free scan: without a plan, you can connect one Microsoft tenant and get one scan of it, plus one AI fix plan, at no charge and without a payment card. The free scan is available once per Microsoft tenant.

Free trial: new Atliso Pro customers get a 30-day free trial. You add a payment card when you start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose on day 31 and then monthly. We email you about a week before the trial ends. One free trial is available per person, organisation (Microsoft tenant) and payment card. If we find a trial started to get around this, we may end it and start billing.

Plans and billing: plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The MSP plan is billed per connected tenant, with a minimum of five, and the quantity goes up when you connect more tenants. Without an active trial or plan, daily checks, fix deployment and AI fix plans pause, and your results stay available.

Cancelling: you can cancel any time from Billing. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged and access ends when the trial does. Otherwise your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription.

Changes in your tenant: Atliso Pro is read-only until you press Deploy. Fixes are added to Intune unassigned, and you decide who they run on. You are responsible for testing a fix on a pilot group before rolling it out.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atliso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools, scripts, or website. This includes, without limitation, data loss, system downtime, or security issues resulting from script execution.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
